The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read all of these terms and conditions carefully as the use of this site and ordering of products through this site indicate your acceptance of all of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms please discontinue your use of our site. N1 WIRELESS.COM reserves the right to modify, alter, or update all or any part of these site terms at any time. Please review these terms prior to each use of this site to verify that conditions and terms have not changed since your last visit to our site. Orders can be placed by calling 1347-240-0290 or on the website, www.n1wireless.com. N1 Wireless.com products are available for shipping only. Orders can not be picked up at our office or warehouse. N1 WIRELESS.COM offers you products and services in a secure manner. In order to provide you with the full benefits of our site, we require certain personal information. We collect e-mail addresses, names, address, etc on an opt-in basis. When you buy a product, you are asked to provide us with contact information that may include: name, address, a shipping address (must be same as credit card billing address), credit card number, credit card expiration date, in some situation we may ask for a photo id w/identification number (such as your driver license number). We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to protect you from false purchases made in your name. In all instances in which you provide your personal information to us it is in a manner that is direct and clearly identifiable. Information that is collected in the process of taking and fulfilling an order is used solely for that purpose. In order to fulfill your order, we may give only that information that is necessary to fulfill the order to a third party so they may use it for activation or fulfillment purposes. RETURN POLICY.
All returns and exchange can be made only within 7 days from customer receive date. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all order cancellations before we ship out. The equipment must be returned as original with all components within the box. It must be like new condition without any kind of cosmetic or internal damage to the unit and its components. The equipment must be returned within 5 calendar days. A copy of the invoice must be included with your return. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damages or require service. These charges will be charged to the customer's credit card without need for further approval from the customer.

guarantees the voice feature of the phone to work 100% with support. N1 Wireless
is not responsible for the settings of the phones browser, Email, MMS, SMS, GPRS,
WAP, Picture sending or any other network related setup other than the voice
feature. If you setup the phone properly, you will have all the feature working
on the phone. For additional setup instruction please contact your current phone
service provider or look for instruction on If you choose to return an unwanted unit (cell phone) for a refund, we will offer refund for the price of the product - 20% restocking fee, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable. If you refuse the package after being shipped out from our warehouse, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied on the merchandise. Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged altered missing written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. For an RA number (Return Authorization) on returns call Customer Service at 1347-240-0290. All Returns require an authorization number. RA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Please note that RA # does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use USPS Priority Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

Headsets & Accessories : You are responsible for return shipping charges to N1 WIRELESS.COM N1 WIRELESS.COM will bear the cost of shipment of the replacement item to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
